romeo was a wealthy Montague very rich...he was only 17 years old boy. he is Mercutio's best friend..both disliked Tybalt.Tybalt was romeos cousin but none of them knew that..his arch enemy's were the Capulet's..

Juliet was a young 12 year old who fell in love with romeo..she was a Capulet ..her mother wanted her to marry Paris..romeo got lucky and went to the Capulet party and Juliet was there and that's the day they bot fell in love..

lady Capulet was the head of the Capulet house hold.... "she said thy romeo must pay the price for killing Juliet"lord Capulet says "no i stand by my word you will marry Paris"

the people i think that are going to court is lady Montague, lady Capulet ,the friar..i think mainly the friar for giving Juliet the position to supposedly fake her death and make romeo believe that she was dead...romeo that he loved her so much killed himself for her..Juliet woke up and seen romeo dieing and killed herself to with a knife..i think the judge will give him jail time for the life of romeo and Juliet..
